Shipping policy

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number.

ORDERS IS SOUTH AFRICA

• Free Shipping to major SA cities for orders over R1500
• All orders are dispatched with our couriers and arrive within 2-4 working days (for main cities in South Africa) provided that the product is in stock.
• For outlying towns that are NOT listed as main delivery areas when buying our product, please contact us for courier charges at: hello@pyjamacollection.com
• You will be required to sign for the delivery. We suggest providing a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9 am and 5 pm.
• Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
• We, unfortunately, do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
